Booking terms

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Catalan and Spanish versions prevail.

1. How booking works

  1. Choose the activity and fill in the booking form.
  2. Your request reaches us by email. Your place is not reserved until we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  3. The confirmation will include the meeting point, time, recommended gear and, where applicable, how to pay.

2. Price and payment

Each activity's price is shown on its page. No online payment is taken on the website.

3. Cancellation by participants

If you cannot come, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else.

4. Changes or cancellation by Llevant Actiu

Safety comes first. Llevant Actiu may change the route, postpone or cancel an activity due to:

  • adverse weather or official warnings;
  • ground conditions that put the group's safety at risk;
  • not reaching the minimum number of participants, where applicable;
  • force majeure.

If an activity is cancelled, we will let you know as early as possible and you can choose another date or a refund of any amount paid.

5. Participants' requirements and responsibilities

  • Choose an activity suited to your fitness. Check the difficulty and ask us if in doubt.
  • Bring the recommended gear (suitable footwear, water, sun protection, warm layers, etc.).
  • Follow the guide's instructions at all times and do not leave the group without telling the guide.
  • Respect nature, heritage and private property: observe without disturbing and leave no trace.
  • Tell the guide before starting about anything relevant to your safety.

The guide may exclude anyone whose behaviour puts themselves or the group at risk.

6. Minors

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, except in school or group activities organised with the relevant school or organisation. Some activities have a minimum age, shown on the activity page.

7. Insurance

8. Photos

Photos may be taken during activities for use on the Llevant Actiu website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, tell the guide at the start and we will respect it.
